What shipping options are available?
We offer standard Royal Mail tracked (2–3 days) and next-day DPD delivery for orders placed before 1pm. All orders ship from our UK facility in temperature-controlled packaging.
What is your storage recommendation?
Lyophilised peptides should be stored at -20°C in the sealed vial until reconstitution. Once reconstituted, store at 4°C and use within 30 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the products and cold-chain integrity requirements, we cannot accept returns on opened vials. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost — contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and a photo.
