1. Definitions

"We", "us", "our" and "Performance Peptides" mean Performance Peptides UK Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. "You" or "Customer" means the qualified researcher or organisation purchasing Products through this website. "Products" means the research peptides, bacteriostatic water and related laboratory supplies offered for sale on this site. "Site" means performancepeptidesuk.com and any subdomain.

Performance Peptides UK Ltd is a UK-based supplier of synthetic peptides and related research consumables intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. Our registered office address and company number are available on the Contact page.

To order from us, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a qualified researcher, academic institution, contract research organisation, or similar legitimate research entity.
• Have the legal authority in your jurisdiction to receive and handle research peptides.
• Use the Products strictly for non-clinical, in-vitro research purposes.

5. Orders & pricing

All orders constitute an offer to purchase Products under these Terms and are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) suspected misuse, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclude VAT unless stated. We reserve the right to amend prices without notice; however, orders already accepted will be honoured at the price displayed at the time of order.

6. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the point of order via the payment methods displayed at checkout. We use industry-standard, PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors. We do not store full card details on our servers.

7. Delivery

Standard UK delivery is dispatched on the next working day for orders placed before 15:00 GMT. Delivery timeframes for international orders depend on destination and carrier — see our Shipping Policy for full details. Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery.

8. Returns & refunds

Refunds and returns are handled per our Refund Policy. Due to the nature of research consumables, opened Products cannot be returned unless they were faulty or damaged on arrival.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and the Atomic Blue visual identity — is the intellectual property of Performance Peptides UK Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any loss arising from your use of the Products or this Site shall not exceed the price you paid for the Products in question. We exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Performance Peptides UK Ltd, its directors, employees, and partners harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your misuse of the Products, including any attempt to administer them to humans or animals.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, refuse future orders, and cancel pending orders if we believe you have breached these Terms or misused our Products.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
