1. Dispatch timing

Orders placed before 15:00 GMT, Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed later, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays go out on the next working day. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as the courier collects your parcel.

We do not ship to countries where the import of research peptides is restricted. If your country is unavailable at checkout, that's why.

4. Packaging

All orders ship in unbranded outer packaging with a generic return address — no Performance Peptides logo or wording on the outside. Inner packaging is temperature-stable, tamper-evident, and includes a desiccant pack. Lyophilised peptides are shock-resistant and stable in transit for up to 30 days at ambient temperature.

5. Tracking

Every order ships with full tracking. You'll receive an email with the tracking number and carrier link as soon as the parcel is collected. You can also view tracking from your account dashboard at any time.

6. Customs & duties

Important. International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other charges levied by your destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping cost. Performance Peptides is not liable for customs delays or refused entry.

7. Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. We will refund or replace any parcel confirmed as lost by the carrier. International parcels are considered lost only after 30 days from dispatch.
