1. Who we are
Performance Peptides UK Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal information collected through performancepeptidesuk.com. We're registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

We use personal data to process orders, communicate about your purchases, respond to support enquiries, send transactional emails (e.g. dispatch notifications), comply with our legal obligations, prevent fraud, and — with your consent — send marketing about new products, restocks, and lab guides.

We never sell or rent your personal data.

Some of our processors operate outside the UK. Where we transfer your data internationally, we rely on UK adequacy regulations, Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to ensure equivalent protection.
